1. Our approach
We are a small publisher selling downloadable guides. We do not build customer profiles, we do not sell personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We collect what is needed to take an order, deliver a file, honour refunds, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Nothing more.

3. What we never collect
We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Those are entered directly into our payment provider’s systems and never pass through ours. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, health information, biometric data, precise geolocation, or information about children.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies needed to operate the website: a session cookie to keep your cart working through checkout, and a security cookie. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, remarketing pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only to the extent they need it:
- Our payment provider — to take payment, issue refunds and handle disputes
- Our web host — which stores the website and its database
- Our email provider — to send order confirmations and answer support requests
- Our accountant and tax authorities — where required to meet reporting obligations
Each of these processes information on our instructions and is bound to keep it confidential. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have never done either.
6. Legal disclosure
We may disclose information where we are required to by law, court order or lawful request from a government authority, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. Where we are permitted to tell you that such a request has been made, we will.
7. Your rights
United States privacy laws apply according to thresholds that vary by state, and a business of our size falls below most of them. We have chosen to grant the following rights to every customer regardless of where they live, because we would rather be straightforward than technically exempt:
- Access — ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes
- Portability — ask for your information in a portable, machine-readable format
- Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable, because we do not sell or share personal information
- Non-discrimination — we will never charge you a different price or degrade your service for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any right, email info@orangedigitalgroupllc.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We acknowledge within one business day and complete the request within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address used for your order so that we do not disclose information to the wrong person. There is no charge.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across sites and do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for these signals to switch off. We honour them regardless.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted to the owner of the business and is protected by multi-factor authentication. Payment card data never reaches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers without undue delay if a breach occurs that is likely to put them at risk.
11. Where information is held
Personal information is stored on servers located in the United States. We sell only to United States customers, and we do not transfer personal information outside the United States other than to the extent our service providers operate internationally in support of their own services.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will contact affected customers by email before it takes effect.
