1. What we sell
We publish and sell digital reference guides. Each guide is a PDF document that you download after purchase. We do not sell physical goods, we hold no inventory, and nothing is shipped.
Every product page states the title, a description of the contents, the number of pages, the file format, and the price in United States dollars. The price shown next to the buy button is the price you pay, plus any sales tax that applies to your state, which is calculated and displayed before you confirm the order.
2. What we do not sell
We state this explicitly so there is no ambiguity for customers, banks or payment providers. We do not sell, and will not sell through this website:
- Financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice
- Medical or veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment plans, supplements or devices
- Business-opportunity, income, earnings or “make money” programmes of any description
- Subscriptions, memberships, retainers or any product billed on a recurring basis
- Resale rights, private label rights, licences to redistribute, or affiliate programmes
- Physical goods, and we operate no dropshipping arrangement
- Products or services regulated as gambling, adult content, firearms, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, alcohol, cannabis or cryptocurrency
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction and be purchasing for personal, non-commercial use. We sell to customers located in the United States only. Orders placed from outside the United States may be cancelled and refunded in full.
4. Placing an order
Adding a product to your cart is not an order. An order is placed when you complete checkout, and a contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email containing your download link. Until that email is sent, either party may withdraw.
We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a payment is refused, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the order originates from outside the United States. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we refund it in full within five business days.
5. Payment
All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not receive, process or store your full card number, expiry date or security code at any point.
The total amount payable, including any applicable sales tax, is displayed on the checkout page before you confirm. We do not add surcharges, handling fees or any charge that was not shown to you before payment.
6. Sales tax
Sales tax on digital products differs by state. Where a state requires us to collect sales tax on digital goods and we have an obligation to do so, the tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address and displayed as a separate line before you confirm payment. Where no tax obligation applies, no tax is charged. We do not estimate, round or retain any amount collected as tax; it is remitted to the relevant state authority.
7. Delivery
Delivery is electronic and immediate. A download link is displayed on screen as soon as payment is confirmed and is also emailed to the address you provided. Full details, including what to do if a download fails, are set out in our Delivery Policy.
8. Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason or for no reason at all, and we will refund the full amount paid. You do not need to justify the request and you may keep the file. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you may have.
9. Licence to use what you buy
When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, store and print it for your own use. You may make copies for your own convenience and across your own devices.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share publicly, upload to a file-sharing service, or use the contents to create a competing or derivative product. Copyright and all other rights remain with Orange Digital Group LLC.
10. Our content is general information
Our guides are general educational and reference material. They are not professional advice and are not tailored to your circumstances. They are not a substitute for consulting a qualified veterinarian, physician, lawyer, accountant or other professional. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on anything you read. 11. Accuracy and updates
We take care to ensure our guides are accurate when published. Information can become outdated, standards change, and errors can survive editing. Where we revise a guide, customers who bought an earlier edition may request the updated file free of charge.
12. Your account and information
We ask for the minimum information needed to complete your order and deliver your file. You are responsible for supplying a working email address; we cannot deliver a file to an address that does not exist. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
13. Acceptable use
Use of this website is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary: do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it to distribute unlawful material.
14. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your reliance on general information contained in a guide.
15. Disputes and chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, contact us first. We answer within one business day and we refund without argument within the refund window. Raising a chargeback before contacting us costs both of us time and money for a problem we would almost certainly have solved by email.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction, save that nothing prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in the courts of their own state where the law gives them that right.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on the date you placed your order. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, form the entire agreement between you and Orange Digital Group LLC in relation to your purchase.
