1. What we own

Every guide published by Orange Digital Group LLC, together with the text, layout, design and images of this website, is the copyrighted work of Orange Digital Group LLC and is protected under United States copyright law.

We write and own our catalogue. We do not resell licensed material, private label rights content, or third-party courses, and nothing we sell has been acquired with redistribution rights attached. Every title in the catalogue belongs to us, and we take editorial responsibility for it.

2. What you may do with a guide you have bought

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • Read the guide on any device you own
  • Store copies on your own devices and in your own backups
  • Print it for your own use
  • Quote short passages, with attribution, in a review or discussion

3. What the licence does not permit

  • Reselling, renting, lending or giving away the file
  • Uploading it to a file-sharing service, forum, cloud folder or group chat accessible to others
  • Publishing it, in whole or in substantial part, in any medium
  • Using its contents to produce a competing or derivative work
  • Removing or altering copyright notices or author credits
  • Using it to train a machine learning model or to generate derived content at scale

Copyright is not transferred by purchase. All rights not expressly granted above are reserved.

4. Reporting unauthorised distribution of our work

If you find one of our guides being distributed without authorisation, email info@orangedigitalgroupllc.com with a link or a description of where you saw it. We are grateful for these reports and you do not need to identify yourself.

5. If you believe we have infringed your copyright

We take copyright seriously in both directions. If you believe material on this website or in one of our guides infringes a copyright you own or control, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

6. What to include in a complaint

To let us act quickly, please include:

  1. Identification of the work you believe has been infringed
  2. Identification of the material on our site or in our guide that you are complaining about, with enough detail for us to locate it — a page number or a URL is ideal
  3. Your name and contact details
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law
  5. Confirmation that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf

7. How we respond

We acknowledge every copyright complaint within one business day. Where a complaint is well founded, we remove or replace the material promptly and, where a guide is affected, we republish a corrected edition and make it available to previous buyers at no charge. We will tell you what we have done.

Where we do not agree that infringement has occurred, we will explain our reasoning rather than simply decline.

8. Note on scope and safe harbour

This website does not host user-generated content. There are no comments, forums, uploads, listings or submissions of any kind. All material published here is written and published by us, and we are directly responsible for it.

Because we host no third-party material, the safe harbour provisions of section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act do not apply to us, and we have not designated an agent under that section. We publish this policy so that the route for raising a copyright concern is documented and available, not to claim a protection that does not apply to our business.

Questions about this policy? Email info@orangedigitalgroupllc.com or call +1 512 764 7156. We reply within one business day.

This policy applies to purchases made through orangedigitalgroupllc.com. It is written in plain English on purpose. If any part of it is unclear, contact us and we will explain it rather than refer you to the text.
