We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification. This page states what we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to reach a person if something blocks you.

1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not as an add-on, and we regard a reported barrier as a fault to be fixed rather than a complaint to be managed.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy on every page
- A visible “skip to content” link for keyboard users
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- Text and background colour combinations tested for contrast against the WCAG AA ratio
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked so screen readers skip them
- Form fields with associated labels rather than placeholder text alone
- Link text that describes its destination rather than reading “click here”
- A responsive layout that works at 200 percent zoom without loss of content or function
- No content that flashes, auto-plays or moves without user action
- Reduced-motion preferences respected
3. Our products
Our guides are supplied as PDF documents. We produce them with tagged headings and a document structure so that screen readers can navigate them. Where a guide contains a diagram or table, we include a text description. If you need a guide in an alternative format — plain text, large print or a different file type — email us and we will supply it at no additional cost.
4. Known limitations
We would rather list these than claim full conformance:
- Some PDF guides may not yet be fully tagged to the standard we intend. We are working through the catalogue and will supply an accessible version of any guide on request in the meantime.
- Checkout pages are partly generated by third-party software whose markup we do not fully control. We have styled it for contrast and keyboard use, but we cannot guarantee every element meets AA.
5. If something blocks you
Email info@orangedigitalgroupllc.com or call +1 512 764 7156, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 Central Time. Tell us what page you were on and what happened. We reply within one business day.
If a barrier stops you completing a purchase, tell us and we will take your order and deliver your file by email directly, so that the barrier never costs you the product.
6. Assessment and review
This site has been assessed by self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We review accessibility whenever we make a significant change to the site, and we treat reported issues as priority fixes.
